Is this issue happening only with one system object?
Would it be possible for you to capture the screenshot in English and upload?
Do you have the option to open?
Does the same issue occur for users with super admin access?
Have you checked the default trace to see if anything was written? Please refer to kba 1596214.
What version is the system on?

It cant be an issue with IE if its happening also in Chrome and Firefox.
Is this an issue only with this one system object?
Can you open the others shown?
Have you checked with a user who has super admin access yet?
Did you check to see was anything written to the default trace as per kba 1596214.
