Hi,

   I Have a Scenario for Reward Points In LOY Pro business role->loyalty Management->member Activity

      when I enter product id in web UI, Back-end  commpr01 t-code product id replicated. hear i have to create custom attribute division Attribute.

      based on "Division Attribute" I want to get value on "Division" field and i want to Calculate rules based on Division Field.

  I have A Note 1222887 for earning points.

Can you Please explain how to do this.....

Hi Nagendra,

You need to add Attribute ID - Division in condition attribute.

Rule policy type -> LOYMGMT ->  Condition group ->ACTGEN

Once division field is available in your rule policy, you can use in reward rules based on the Division attribute.  The earning member activity will consider the eligible reward rule to calculate points.
