Hello,

I have seen all the discussions on this error.

There are suggestions to include some c*.dll files. and also to check the permission.

But , I want to make new report from Excel or universe  or access an existing document in " STANDALONE MODE".

Right now, I am not able to create or view any document.

So, is there any solution except reinstalling BOBI 4.0 client tools?

Hi Devanshi,

Are you getting the error when logged in with administator account ? This would clarify if the issue is with permissions/rights.

While logging with stand alone mode, it does not ask user and password.
