Hi,
Few months back, we have upgraded our ECC system from ECC 6.0 to EHP6. After up-gradation, we have started receiving BDoc with type CND_M_SUP. Since one of the table required for the BDoc i.e T685 isn't activated, it's piling up in the queue.
Can anyone tell me steps for finding out root cause of the issue and stop the data from ECC? I'm pretty naive in CRM Middleware, so I'm not really sure about which screenshot to attach and which not to attach.

First of all, I think we need to know what is the error exactly.
Would you please tell me BDoc error message in t-code smw01 ?
1. BDoc Type (Generation Name): CND_M_SUP
2. Send Date and Time: Enter appropriate period of time.
3. Click on F8 to Search BDOC
4. Select the red BDOC you want to analyze and click on "Show BDoc msg Errors/Recievers".
5. Click on Error -> Longtext.

Please find screenshot from SMW01.
I would like to reiterate that we have not configured anything related to pricing in CRM. The data has started after upgrade(ECC 6.0 to ECC 6.0 EHP6) in ECC system. I have checked BDoc type with older dates and found no BDoc with this type before upgrade.

if you can paste the SMW01 error analysis screen shot, then we can suggest something. This is related to condition maintenance.

The issue came due to termination of some condition initial download.
Could you please check condition record downloaded in R3AM1 and perform inital load for those you found failed.you can follow steps Dean's given step above and send us error detail for more detail about the reported error.
