Hello Kapil

1. Service employee group is a group or team of employees to which we assign service order.

e.g. we can have different teams within and organization based on the area of expertise. and we can assign the service order to a team based on the expertise required to qork on that service order.

2. Employee responsible is a one particular person who is working on the service order.

3.service order can be assigned to group and then to employee responsible tell us who from the group is working on the service order.

4. the group of the employees can be maintained under group using Org managemnet(PPOMA_CRM)

Hope i am able to answer ur queries.

Regards
