Hi Gurus,

Please can you throw some light in Account Buying Centre ?

As i also checked for the same & Google it but couldn't understand it clearly ?

In which scenarios it is created please make it clear i would be very thankful for the explanations & concepts with customizations steps ?

Hi Bishal,

The Buying Centre is a graphical representation of the relation ship on the contact level

If X is parent to Y,  X is the 'final decision maker' etc.. You can represent all that

(Opportunity management - Sales Methodology - Buying Centre)
