Not able to see transferred business partner in GTS

Hi,

I am transferring the customer master from ECC to GTS system, and dialog message is successful, but i am unable to see the business partner in ECC. I checked the table /sapsll/pntbp with external partner number but no luck. can you guys please help on this.

Hi Koteswar,

You can check it in tables in GTS and see if the partners are available.

Table BUT000, give the ECC partner# in field External number. If you are partner was successfully transferred you should find it here.

If not, you can still check in table /sapsll/pntbp. Go to this table and provide the ECC partner# in field Business partner.

Please  retransfer with a title. And go to GTS Cockpit- System monitoring- BP transfer logs. Give the title and see what's wrong.

use transaction /SAPSLL/PARTNER_APPL and check the application log.

Hello Thomas,

I have no log results using this transaction.

Is there any other possibility to see why the business partner are not transferred depsite the successful message of transfer?

Hallo Marine,

how do you transfer the business Partner from ECC to GTS? Do you use the program RBDMIDOC with Message type /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL? If the business partner is transfer this way GTS automatically writes the transfer protocol regardless of whether the partner is created or not.

You can also use the Transaction /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DIRR3 in ECC to see what is happing with your BPs.

Hi Marine,

It could be that the transfer is prevented by your own code in the user-exit.  In that case, no logs will be created.

Hello Koteswar,

I am currently facing the same problem as you.

A document is tecnically incomplete in GTS due to a missing customs business partner.

When I transfer the business partner from ECC to GTS I have the successful message of transfer.

But when I'm back in GTS, the business partner is not transfered.

I've checked the log and no logs are found in the system.

I also checked on the table BUT000 but the business partner is still not found.

Did you find any solution to your problem?

Hi Koteswar,

as suggested by Ashok , first check the log in SLG1.

hope that you can find the reason why the BP is not transferred to GTS in SLG1.

also check the table BUT000.

Please look for logs in T-code SLG1 and act accordingly.
