Hi Tarun,

By default when you create a webflow connector for different backend system and register an xml file will get created.Your scenario is possible its purely on the high priority xml file configuration.

Check the below help link to know on uwl configuration DTD:

Configuration DTD - Configuring the Universal Worklist - SAP Library

The itemtype in the xml file defines the task behavior, read the item type help link how it will be considered

Item Type - Configuring the Universal Worklist - SAP Library

uwl.task.webflow.***Taskid****.system

so you can stop in the definition at the level of uwl.task.webflow in the high priority xml file, then for the tasked it will search and take the xml file which holds it.

Hi Kiruthika,

Thanks for the reply,

I am configuring Universal Worklist from Portal... It work's fine when i use it only for one ECC system i.e only one System Alias for a ECC system.... But I want to use UWL for Two different ECC system .... for a same EP user...

In short .... UWL for Two different ECC systems..... For single EP user.

Waiting for the response!

Hi tarun,

you can use N number of ECC system in uwl

If you take portal User A the same User A should exist in all your Backend system ECC X,ECC Y,ECC Z

For each ECC system the system object need to be created in portal with different system alias and a connector need to be created in UWL admin configuration.

Hi Kiruthika,

I have tried, when i click on the workflow of System A, its working fine, but when i click on the workflow of system B, it stays at Portal, It doesn't connecting to the Backend system.

Moreover, we are using Custom XML file for the UWL.

Any suggestions will be welcome!

Thanking you in advance!
