You can create two structures in columns and define keyfigure In both the structure.

Using the structure will give you the required output.

Just drag your MATERIAL object in ROWS pane..Then drag your PLANT object in COLUMNS pane then below it is the structure of your KF..

Is this correct?

Hi Nicky,

You need to drag the characteristic in the column and the you need to create a structure.

Then select the keyfigure using the "New selection".

I have a requirement of what I have attached in attachent. First screenshot is the output which we require and second screenshot is the objects already available in Query designer. Can you help out if that is possible in bex or not.

Hi Nicky,

I am not sure if you can apply this to your final requirement, but for the screen shot in your first post, you can simply create a top 1 condition on KF1 using only characteristic Plant. Maybe then you can apply this approach to your scenario.
