Receiver communication channel error

Hi guys

I have scenarios from ECC to AS2 system running in my landscape. At a stipulated time, the AS2 system was down. I see a message in an interface in status "Delivering".I tried to retrigger the message, though it gave a warning.

I got this in CC message log

"Trying to retry message due to administrative action of user xxxxx"

There are some messages in the error status in the same interface but those I was able to process.

How do I process the message ? I am on single stack PO and I don't have queues to check in SMQ1 SMQ2 transactions

For the application  com.sap.aii.adapter.as2.app

I have set the following values:

http.client.connection.timeout 0

http.client.socket.timeout   0

The default values for both were 300,000 and 600,000 respectively.

Have a look at , the answer of Eng Swee.

Furthermore, message ""Trying to retry message due to administrative action of user xxxxx" means that you tried to reprocess the message manually. That is no problem.

The issue was solved by BASIS people. Ping was not working from the PI system to the AS2 system. Once BASIS resolved that issue, the scenarios started working
