BP vehicle relationship in CRM webUI

Hi,

I want to know where we can see the relationship between the BP and its associated vehicles...

I mean...what are the vehicles associated with a particular BP in webUI and its vehicular details...

Hello Rangerlet,

If you are referring to the Vehicles as the standard object family for products then it is possible to see that in the interaction center.

Of course you need to use the vehicles in your identification profile.

And then you can search for customer using the vehicle, and see the vehicles of a given BP.
