Hi All,
We have a situation here wherein the Sending locations are mapped in APO system. There are a lot of receiving locations that are not planning relevant hence they are not required to be available in APO.
We are not able to create deliveries if the receiving plant is not available in APO.
Can somebody suggest some workaround for this situation?
Regards,
Ujjal
Hi Ujjal,
Could you explain what mapping you are talking about (is it a Z-mapping)? The sending and receiving in APO is with t-lanes, are you talking about the same or something else?
Could elaborate scenario with some master & transnational data and steps you are doing, as it looks very interesting how delivery is not getting created in ECC?
Though cross check in customizing in ECC, have you maintained "Define Shipping Data for Plants" for these plants (if its being used in your scenario).
Regards
Rahul

Hi,
Supplying Plant: FXXX
Receiving Plant: FYYY
Integration Model is OFF (ie the Receiving plant Material Master and PO/Preq Transaction data is not Ciffed to APO, IM details of Receiving plant is detailed below)
ATP Model for the Supplying plant FXXX and material is ON.
Click on Availablity check button. Availability check happens in APO
Now document is created and doc no. is XXXXXXX
Now create Delivery for the STO through t-code : VL10B.
Now not able to create Delivery, an log is generated.
Delivery is not able to create because Receiving plant information is not part of active IM. This is a standard behaviour. Now in next scenario, we will active IM of receiving plant (Material & PO/Preq) then again create STO. Then in that case we will be able to create delivery for the STO.
