Reversal of Inbound Delivery Post Goods Receipt - Movement Type 110

Hi Experts,

Executing PGR-Reversal for Inbound Delivery type ELST, this is from Purchase Order type NBC3 - STO Title at transit that has been PGI (Mvt Type 107) and PGR (Mvt Type 109).

Upon reversal of Inbound Delivery in VL09, we keep on getting error message M7 328 "Deficit of delivery quantity & KG: ...". There are no other movements has been done for the stocks after receiving (Receiving plant is WM managed) and getting to Storage Type 902. So upon reversal stocks is fully available in St Type 902 but still getting an error message of Deficit of Delivery Quantity.

I tried to reverse the PGR material document in MBST and getting error message " Movement Type 110 cannot be used here" Message No.  VLA321

Hope you have any idea on fixing this kind of issue in ECC. All configurations for movement type IM-WM interfacing are maintained.

Hi,

In most cases, error message M7 328 happens in VL09 due to data inconsistencies. e.g. reports from the note 636853 may helps.

You can customize the type of message VLA321 in tcode OVM1 and set VLA321 to warning or info message. The PGR can be done.

And I would like to say the issue belongs to MM or LE area, maybe you get more help from ERP space.
