Is there a module is SAP which caters Legal related requirements and scenarios

Hello Experts,

We came across a requirement as:

"The company has some agreements with vendors,customers etc.. It has some warranty also given and taken with some expiry dates also.

There are few renewal process also . User wants such scenario in SAP along with workflow on  expiry,renewal,creation of such legal documents."

Kindly suggest me is there a module in SAP which can cater to these requirements.

Hi Saurabh,

SAP has a a Permit Management functionality within SAP Environmental Compliance module.

SAP EC can manage Permits and legal requirements whether they are environmental or not, and has great email (workflow) and task functionalities. Legal documents can also be attached to said permits/requirements.
