Need Suggestion/Guideline

Hi,

We are going to start data migration proess from IBM DB2 into HANA using BODS 4.1. BODS needs to entertain CDC also.

I appreciate if someone provide best practices or guidelines, specially DB2 to HANA scenario for better performance.

You've made the right choice, you won't have any performance problems at the target side .

Does your migration process entail transformations? Or is it a pure 1-to-1 copy? In the former case, consider the definition of a staging area in HANA and do the transformations following the guidelines in
