Dear Gurus,
We have the requirement from our client to define an approval workflow in such a way that, depending on the person that makes the first approval, the workflow will continue to the next approver, or will directly finish.
That means for example that if USER1 has the major responsibility and approves a batch, the payment file will be created after a 2 step workflow (BNK_INI + BNK_COM release 01)
On the other hand, If USER2 has less responsibility, the payment file will be created after a 3 step workflow (BNK_INI + BNK_COM 1st release step + BNK_COM 2nd release step). First release step in BNK_COM will be made by USER2 and second release step in BNK_COM will be made by USER3, for example.
Is that possible taking into account that the condition to set one procedure or the other s just the user who makes the first approval?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
David.
Hi David,
Yes, it is possible to set multiple approvals for a batch. Please find the below example to meet your requirement.
User1 can approve:
Approve Complete batch
Reject the complete batch
Approve batch partially
Reject the batch partially
Based on the first approvers action batch file will send to next level approval.
Second user can approve or reject the batch.
Regards,
Lokesh Earla
