Greetings, all.
We're trying to create a mass change (substitution) rule for fixed assets through transaction OA02. However, the list of "substitutable" fields (Extras --> Substitution Fields) does not contain the field we'd like the rule to apply to (a custom ANLU field that we create ourselves). Does anyone know how to add a field to the list of "substitutable" fields?
Thanks
Hi Dmitry,
Had you got the solution of this issues. I also have same issue where custom fields are not displayed as selection fields while creating the substitution rule.
Request you to help
Thanks

Hey Dmitry,
Here's what you do. Go to SM30 and copy one of the '30' entries but change teh table name to ANLU and the field you're after. Then when you got to tran GGB1 you'll see the table ANLU available for selection.
Cheers

Hi,
The table ANLU and its corresponding fields do not seem to be mainted in the substituable field list with T-code ao02. I'm not sure but I do recall reading somewhere that you can not apply substitution rule to custom fields. And I am unable to verify that also.
May be someone else has a better idea on it. But its a good question.
Good Luck
