Error when importing the records

Hi All,

Am getting the error when i try to import the record in import manager .

The error says "Cannot  import because it's already in the workflow or is already checked out by other user".When i check the workflows i dont see any workflows in the available or wait state.

Could you please help me with this issue.

Hi Sharath,

Please login with workflow owner to check workflow status in workflow tab as with other ids you can only see workflows if its assigned to you.

Also it could be possible that someone might have checked out record. If a record is checked out you can find a yellow color rectangle icon just beside the record in records pane.

Incase of any of above possibilities login with Workflow owner or checkout owner to import records.

Thanks for your suggestion.I could see the error in the workflow.

Error says " A request to syndicate the workflow has failed".
