Restart Rule Based Workflow in Error

Hello,

I am using Rule Based Workflow in MDGM. When the agent determination fails to find an agent the worklfow finishes with status ERROR.

How can I pick up this status in the Rule Based Table to add a new line and send the workflow to a super user to resume the workflow after assigning an approver ?

After you fix the rule, you can restart the workflow instance using transaction SWPR.
