“CPM financial planning ribbon” missing in Analysis for Office 2.0

Hi,

We encounter a problem after upgrading Analysis for Office from 1.4 to 2.0 (with latest patch).

Before the upgrade we had “CPM financial planning ribbon”. After the upgrade this is gone.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Jos - is that a custom ribbon?

Otherwise the typical planning ribbon is available if you go to File > Analysis > Settings, select the Advanced Settings tab and select checkbox next to "Show Planning Group"

Yes its a planning ribbon.

We applied the settings as shown below:

Planning function is enabled.

Do you have another suggestion?

The planning ribbon from your screen shot doesn't look like the typical planning ribbon; it looks customized.  Could you have whoever developed it take a look?
