Field modification of custom entity don't trigger a validation/derivation

Hi experts,

in our MDG-S 7 project a modification of a field of our custom entities does'nt trigger an event to process a BADI validation/derivation as the standard fields do.

What should we do at these fields (or entities) to have a behavior like the standard ones.

Have you assigned FPM Event ID for the custom attribute in UI configuration?

thanks for your answer. Maybe you're right, but I could not find where can I assign the FPM event. Could you tell me where it is? Thanks.

1. MDGIMG->UI Modelling->Manage UI configurations
2. Select the application configuration you are using
3. Select the configuration name you are using
4. Select the UIBB you are using and click -> Configure UIBB
5. You should now be on the Floorplan manager for your screen, Click on your custom field
6. Open the attributes section up (button circled in red on my screenshot) and change the FPM Event ID on Enter (ROUNDTRIP is a good standard event to use as this will go through all the coding)
