Dear Friends, When tried to update a FUNCTION ID with an action ( transaction code ) the transaction code does not get replicated in GRC from the back end system.

Steps completed and found solutions: -

1. Authorization Synch to synchronize PFCG authorization data is completed.

2. Repository Object Synch to synchronize Profiles, Roles, and Users master data is completed.

3. Have found a snote.

Please share the next steps which need to be done or suggest the steps which has to be performed as is shared in the snote 000180210.

Thanks

Raj

Dear Friends, Thank you for all the inputs. However it was found that the system selection while a new function is created was not correctly selected. Once correctly selected transaction codes ( actions ) got replicated.

Thanks

Raj

Hi Baithi, Thanks for your inputs. But the concern here, I am unable to pull the transaction code ( action ) from the back end system. The snote: - " 1802010 - Action not available for a Logical Group while maintaining Functions " is related to GRC. Thanks

Dear Friends, Any help to decipher this snote would be of tremendous help. Thanks

Hi Raj,

Could you check if AUTH is maintained for the connector in Maintain Connector settings. Also check if table GRACACTIONSYST is fille up for the connector or not

Hi Rajashekar,

Please make sure that you have activated all the BC sets. Such problems usually come when the required BC Set is not activated. Check out the below link to get the list of BC sets to be activated.
