Hi Experts
I am working with time evaluation with clock times.
This is the case;
The emloyee has a working Schedule rule from 9:00 to 17:00
Start tolerance is from 9:00 to 9;15, the employee has a clock.in at 9;18. This is a delay, for this reason I need to créate a record in infotype 2001.
How can I configure this case in time evaluation scheme?
Do you have documentation?

1. Extending the suggestion by Venkatesh, you can see t/t 9000 contains the late hrs.
Please note I am referring to the config in the link
Early or Late coming and generation OT by T555Z
In T/E schema, using a PCR say ZLTH, called with ACTIO add today's t/t 9000 hrs to a time w/t called say 9LTH Late hrs; as below.
PCR ZLTH */****
HRS=D9000 ADDZL9LTH
insert the PCR call line after the lines below
IF ZI/C ...
...
...
ENDIF
ACTIO ZLTH
2. In payroll schema, use the hrs from time w/t 9LTH (this is imported in ZLIT function from ZL to IT) to reduce the att.hrs. The pcr XPPF and its sub PCRs can be modified to reduce the partial pay factors like /801 - these pcr's use TSAU** to reduce by unpaid absences.
This w/t should be added to RT to show the late hrs in payslip - either total hrs or hrs for each late day as per business requirements.
Hi Alberto,
For this you can go ahead with custom function. If employee is coming after 9.15 you want to update IT2001 accordingly.
So after function P2011 you will put your custom function and in these function will read the clock in timing with comparison of 9.15 from the DWS table tolerance field value. If it's more than that then pass the excess hours to IT2001 against subtype.
