Hello Experts,

Can somebody please help me out with Steps / Settings for Negative Time Management only.

Where there is no link between Payroll and Time.

Integration happens with the help of ZL table and IT0007 time management status plays a role to identify whether we are in Positive or Negative time management and while executing time evaluation program we have to pass the right schema.

Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules

Steps for IT2001 and 2006

Group Personnel Subareas for Attendances and Absences

Define Absence Types

Determine Entry Screens and Time Constraint Classes

Define Counting Classes for the Period Work Schedule

Group Employee Subgroups for Time Quotas

Group Personnel Subareas for Time Quotas

Define Counting Rules

Define Absence Quota Types

Permit Generation of Quotas in Time Evaluation

Specify Rule Groups for Quota Type Selection

Set Base Entitlements

Determine Validity and Deduction Periods

Define Rules for Rounding Quota Entitlements

Define Generation Rules for Quota Type Selection

Define Deduction Rules for Absence and Attendance Quotas

Assign Deduction Rules to Counting Rules

Time management features - TMSTA,SCHKZ and WWEEK and u can see all three in IT0007.

Schema - TM00 is using positive time mgt , TM04 is using both negative & positive time. check the transaction code - PE01 and PCRs : PE02.

by using ZL table / T510S table we intergarte with time and payroll.
