Unable to open leave request work item in manager POWL Inbox

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP ECC6.0 and EHP7.

We have an issue of opening work item from manager POWL Inbox.

Kindly help me.

Employee has raised a leave request.

Work item is coming to manager POWL Inbox.

Below is the screen-shot for the same.

But when manager select the work item and click on details as shown in below screen-shot,

the page is getting refreshed but it is not getting opened.

I have maintained swfvisu configurations as below:

When I Run the application HRESS_A_PTARQ_LEAVREQ_APPL from backend, able to open it.

Could you please let me know whether I missed any configurations .

make ur workflow as general task in swdd and check once ......
