Reversal of Assets

I have Created two assets in an internal Order. I want to reverse the settlement of 1st Asset in KO88 using reverse option.

But by default it shows only the reversal of lastly created asset, the previously created assets are not displayed.

What is the procedure to reverse the 1st created asset.

Note: Please note that both the assets are yet to be depreciated.(Depreciation posting is not yet done)

Hi,

You can only reverse the last settlement. So you will have to perform mutliple reversals one after each other.

Have a look at note 336557. I think it contains the info you're looking for.

Hi Balaji,

You have to write back the entry manually by FB01 which are passed at settlement. The entry will be:

Expense Dr (here input the internal order)

Asset A/c Cr (By input transaction type as 101/105)

After pass the entry the internal order has a balance.

could you pleaseshare screen shot of thee internal order settlement rules?

I belive he will by default reverse both asset that shows as receiver in the internal order settlement rule..
