Please ensure the valid from date of the Rate routing (CA22) the date should be lies with in the PV valid period

same way please maintain the log size 1 to 99999

then check the PV system will pick the valid rate routing details

2.in image one i can't find frpm lot size & to lot sizethat screen in ca22

Hello Nadella,

Please refer the below document for REM step by step process

go through above document and understand the REM process and replicated in your system.

For Prod version in REM, go to MRP4 view and maintained Prod version 

1. BOM, go to CS01

2. Routing/Rate Routing CA01/CA21

Group is nothing but your Routing/Rate Routing number which created when you first time create Routing/Rate routing in system. With same group number you created one more time Routing/Rate Routing with different counter number.

Maintained same Routing/Rate Routing mention in production version and Check.  

Go through the my document which is very useful to understand the REM full cycle..

Use c233 to mass process the prodution versions

Dear Sankaraditya,

After saving the Routing / Rate routing system will generate Group / Group counter number.Through this Group / Group counter you can able to find the Routing / Rate routing details in the data base (Table)

once you open the CA21 / CA01 in header only you can able to find the from lot size to To lot size

suggest you to read the basic threads from SDN for knowledge instead of posting this kind of issues..

Hello Sankar,

Production version has combination of the BOM and Routing

In REM, you can create the Routing or Rate routing, Make sure you maintained the valid date. .

In REM,  you can enter routing or Rate routing in prod version. (Routing has some limitation in REM)

CA21 : For Rate routing

CA01 : For Routing

When you enter Task list in production version, make sure you enter the valid Group and Group counter number

Please check and revert
