Hello All,
We have configure the brf+ rule as per below scn link.
Its working fine, but in our sceniro we have two different system bw and srm, and approval process is different for two system.
BW system - user manager , role owner , security admin
For SRM system - one extra approval process required. ( user manager , role owner , security admin + srm approvers)
We have defined every thing correct in msmp, but we raise a request for SRM system, its taking BW approval process, not taking SRM approval
process.
For SRM system, it has to go to SRM approval process and BW system, it has to go to BW approval process.
kindly guide us, its priority issue for us.
Regards
Karunakar
Hello Karun,
In BRF+ , decision table , make one of the attribute as system.
For SRM system point the result towards path for SRM provisioning.
For .BW system point the result towards path for BW provisioning.
Let me know if you still got any confusion.
Rajesh

Hi Karunakar,
This should not be the case, if yoy have defined the stages correctly. Please share with us the BRF+ Decision table screen shot and the stage 5 and stage 6 of MSMP workflow.

Fazil.

Hi Karunakar,
you can maintain names of Role Connectors,i.e one entry for BW and other for SRM. By the link that you have given, all system line items(BW or SRM) will go to NO_ROLEOWNER_PATH, while line item of each system can go on its own path.
Also, provide your decision table screenshot.
you can also try <>SRM_CONNECTOR for those systems, which are alike but, different from SRM
