Dear Experts,
I seek you advice with a roadmap which I have that is currently I am in SAP PS domain and I am about to start working in SAP PPM domain. After gaining a good exposure in it, I want to explore SAP CPM (Commercial Project Management) and then to SAP PLM.
Can you please advise How good will it be for me to gain exposure in this chain of SAP PS-> PPM->CPM->PLM. How SAP PLM will give me an edge over my past exposure of PS,PPM and CPM.
And is it the right choice to go for PLM after PS->PPM->CPM or there is another module/area which I should go for in this cycle.
Kindly suggest if there is any addition required in this process. I am really curious to get a very clear and better guideline from you.
Thank you very much !
Regards
Saurabh

Hello Saurabh
There are many sub-module in SAP PLM like PDM, PM, QM, RM and each requires different
domain exp'. For SAP PLM (PDM), you need to have exposure of business process in Design department, knowledge of how CAD systems works in cojunction with ERP system, Production department and Supplier development and . If you have then it might for be easy for you to undertstand this module .
PS,PPM would always be great to work with.
I have not worked on CPM module so it would not be right to say anything on this.
Hope this helps you.
Cheers
Satish
