Disable user from doing Data transfer workbench?

Just would like to know if i'm able to disable or block user by usersign from doing data transfer workbench for B1?

Hi,

yes you can do this by TN . you need to specify the userid's of users which you  want to block . but it will also affect from the front end.

Do you have a sample of the TN?

Also, what do you mean will also affect from the front end?

Hi Adrian,

One can input data into SAP through the front-end (i.e through the SAP UI) and also through DTW. Instead of TN, you can revise the authorizations for the specific user where you will not grant access to transactions which you do not want the use to add data.
