Balanced scorecard screen blank (GUI)

Dears;

We are trying to work with SEM-CPM balanced scorecards, however when I go to the GUI design screen of the balanced scorecard, after I create the balanced scorecard and save it, I try to open it in change/display mode, I get a blank screen with no place to assign any elements (objectives, measures... etc).

can anyone please advice on what might be wrong??
