Order Qty.TO not matching with Availabile Qty TO for item no

Dear Experts,

We are creating an ERP Quotation from SAP CRM.

While feeding the quantity in ERP quotation, which is over & above the free stock, system is prompting

An error message stating that “Order qty. is more than available qty of 0.000 TO”. If the message doesn’t specify what is the actual available qty. How we create an ERP Quotation? But in ECC it is showing error message with available qty. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Note: We dont have ATP check option.

Thank you for your reply.

In ECC, we are using custom message.

I done below settings for Availability check using SAP ERP,

Middleware parameters as follows:

Key: R3A_COMMON

Parameter 1: CRM_DEFAULT_DESTINATION

Parameter 2: CRM_R3MATERIAL_AVAIL

RFC Destination: <RFC destination>

Control Information: X=R/36.0

But it is not working

Hi Rajesh,

Coudl it be that your exit/program in ECC which triggers the error also is the cause of the result?

I would suggest to test a document directly in ECC to check if you get the same result.
If yes you could debug it directly in ECC.

Hi Rajesh and Chris,

Have you checked whether you have checked customizing in item category.

In the item category -> ATP profile: quot. = No availability check

then in item category -> Assignment of Business Transaction Categories -> select sales and goto Customizing Item -> ATP profile: quot. = no availability check.
