Error whole creating PO

We are creating PO at warehouse for trading good for imported material. When we are creating PO with our id we are not getting any Error message, we are getting only regular yellow coloured warning message. But when we are trying to create PO using end users id we are getting error attached with this discussion. Purchasing group: Trading good(P-P) Plant(warehouse) We have given authorization to enduser for creation PO at warehouse for above Purchasing group Regards, Anup Sawant

If you are really certain that the authorization is given then you should compare the functional authorization parameter EFB in your user profiles.

the other errors may depend on that, it can also be that the PR is not yet released to be ordered

Hi Anupji,

1. Release strategy is not maintained/Missing because of authorizations.

And other issue is related to PR, Which indicate that there no open quantity exists in the PR for the line item.

So you have 3 errors.

1. Release strategy not maintained:

It does not seems a standard message. Check the error message number.

2. 06053 - No selectable items exist for purchase requisition l_banfn :

Check the PR, is there any PO or any other follow on document already has been created.

3. 06235 - No condition determined :
Check function authorization from  OMET transaction, the tick option of 'Enter Conditions'.
