i have a landscape for SAP system ( PRD + QAS + DEV + SMG ) and all the servers on the o.s. windows server 2008 and we need to convert it to suse linux enterprise server 11 sp3

SAP ERP 6 - Sybase ASE

i need the steps from A to Z

but why Oracle DVD`s , we have Sybase ASE

also i need to change the o.s. only without changing the database type .

I am extremely sorry about that its a typo error, oracle DVD's are not required in your case

are you sure about SWPM 1.0 SP8

please can you send to me the SWPM version as per the below example ;

70SWPM10SP06_0-20009610.sar   70SWPM10SP06

also what about the kernel no. and the sybase database source which i will use it during the installation

Hi Samir,

It is highly advisable that OS migration should be performed by an OS/DB migration certified consultant.

Use the latest SWPM 1.0 SP08 using SAP Note 1680045,

download the required Oracle DVD's from SWDC, also download the SAPCRYPTO file
