Custom Error page not reflecting in Portal 7.4

Hi All,

I've created a custom error page by following

I'm sure, I followed all the steps described but still I'm still getting the default error page.

I've restarted the server and also cleared all caches as described in

Could anyone please suggest what else I need to do to get the custom error page in case of standard one.

Hi Bhavya,

Are you able to resolve the issue. I am also facing the same issue. I have followed the same blog and also I have modified the com.sap.portal.runtime.dispatcher.war  and deployed the same on portal 7.31 but still my custom error page is not coming up.

Hi Abhinav,

Sorry for the late reply.

We received a reply from SAP saying that this issue needs consulting charges from SAP. So we were looking for a workaround.
