Hi Guys, I need to upload many Diagnoses using the transaction EHSDIAGSL. Is there any way to upload this using a flat file? (massive upload). Please any help is much appreciated.

Not sure, if we have some sort of mass upload option in this T-code best of my knowledge, but lets wait and see other experts suggestions/replies.
