DCN - E-Mail conversation sync. doesn't work

Hi Everyone,

when we synchronize an e-mail from Outlook to SAP CRM it works without any issues.

When the Keyuser decides to reply to the first synchronized E-mail and wants to share the replied e-mail too it doesn't work.

Did anyone experience the same issue as we currently do?

If yes, did you figure out a way how to solve this problem?

Hi Osmann,

I am currently checking the functions of DCN. For the Import of sent emails it seems, that you have to release the email from the sent Folder...

I hope that helps..

Hi Osman,

What version of Desktop Connection for CRM are you using?

As far as I know this issue was resolved with 2.0 SP03 PE

SP04 is the latest.
