BAPI for non HU active for unpacking

Hi All,

I do not have HU managed storage locations.

I need to develop RF transaction for doing unpacking and packing.

like LM61 - LM24 - LM25

Please let me know which BAPIs I can use for these scenarios, when I DO NOT have HU active storage locations :

1. Unpacking?

2. Create new HU

3. Packing

4.Changing HU

5. Delete HU
