With the help of parallel processing procedures, you can significantly improve the runtime of the total planning run. The settings are maitntained in customizing transaction OMIQ. You can either select various sessions on the application server or various servers together.
Please observe that 1 hour to execute MRP for an entire plant may not be a bad performance, depending on the number of materials planned and the settings used.
