Report painter issue

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue with one of my report painter report.

In below screenshot, you can observe few rows where the cost elements where grouped and appeared in one row. My requirement is they should appear in separate rows. Also, as you can see, explosion happens for few cost elements and for few cost elements system is grouping them

You can also see in other screenshot that I have mentioned as "Explode" in report layout.

Could you help me understand the reason for it.

Also, one clue I found was that this is appearing from KAH3 cost element group From and To values.

See below KAH3 values. We mentioned 710000 as From and 710199 as To.

So this is what is appearing in Report painter report.

Now, how can I avoid this happening. I just need cost elements which has values to be appearing in report and not this from and to values.
