Hello All,

I configured Loss of Pay and I need it to display in payslip.

Could any one let me know how to make loss of pay to be displayed on payslip?

Hi Sikindar,

Thanks for your response. It is not coming in RT. The amount is getting deducted from basic pay and that deducted amount is not reflecting in payslip as loss of pay.

Could you please let me know how to do this?

The Loss of pay days will be in  the wage type /847 , check in the log and you need to get amount in that wage type and have to use that wage type only for display purpose (and it should not have effect on the any other components in payslip)

Hi,

Have assigned the LOP wage type in the Absence valuation rule configuration.

Sikindar and Sankarsan have given you 2 options.

A third one would be to generate an Information WT (sometimes referrred to as a "Dummy WT") through Time Evaluation, transfer it to Payroll through table ZL, and create the appropriate pcr so that it end up in RT with the information required for the Remuneration Statement.
