Leave balance not shown in ESS but IT2006/2001 data exist in ECC

Dear Friends,

In ESS, for an employee Leave balance is not displayed at all although data exist .   Rule grouping /Webmo feature all are in correct config/activated.

Even employee is able to apply leave in ESS, only Leave balance  is not displayed.

Please check the hire date of the person and the quotas should be starting with this same date else data is not displayed.

Also, check if the config is correct under  PM->Employee self service->Service specific setting->Leave Request->Layout of web application->Specify how leave is displayed and default values

and see the settings under your rule group, for Start of Period and display of leave fields.

Once employee started applying leave it's appearing otherwise not.

Check the configuration once and check whether employee has authorization to read infotype 2006.
