User role not working

Hello Experts,

I am trying to assign these two user roles to users

POA_BUI_FLEX_CLIENT & POA_BUI_UM_USER

But i am unable to access bpc from front end using these two roles which were copied from the standard roles

/POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT And /POA/BUI_UM_USER

I am getting blank screen when i tried to login. If i assign the standard roles then it is working fine.

How to solve the issue.

Hi Praveen,

Are you the sysadmin on bpc? if not then try give yourself sap_all then log onto those environments and assign users to those environments.

Hello Shrikant, i have assigned first three roles, and the other roles are automatically being assigned by system based on the user  security settings in BPC, if I am not wrong. Those roles belong to Environment, Team, TaskProfile and Dataaccess profiles attached to that particular user.
