Error Enter material number while doing Send to ERP for Material upload to ECC

Hi

I am getting this error enter material type when I am trying to send a FS product from crm to ecc via goto - >send to erp

1. RFC connection is set

2. product is created and defined

3. maintaining correct category while sending to erp - DIEN

Still getting this error in ECC log MM90 - enter material type and no material number created

Hi Verma,

Please check your Material number range in ERP side.
You can check it from T-code MMNR.
If your External number range(The one checked for "Ext")

didn't include the Material ID you sent from CRM,
Or the number range itself is inconsistent, you may have to face this error.

I checked that and maintained external as aaaaaaaaaa to zzzzzzzzzzz.

My product id in CRM Is testproduct which will be taken in ECC as product id/num.

But I still keep getting the same error again and again, enter materal type

any other clue ??

Would you please maintain the range as a to zzzzzzzzzzz ?
If it still cannot fix this issue,
Please provide the screenshot of the error.

I'm planning to create a KBA for this error,

Not Really, we had to do other settings as well but number range was point we messed up so thanks for pointing,
