Hi Experts:
Please let me know your thoughts on the below two scenarios:
Scenario:1
The user states that he is having issues with one of her training program. He states that they show up on her profile, but the user cannot take the training.
Scenario:2
User is trying to do e-learning courses but the site is not launching. We have cleared Cache, tried different browsers, and accessed through different portals. The launch notification appears in the bottom left corner but goes away with no action.

your scenario one is not clear can you please elaborate further
for scenario 2 how your course is published via AE ? or you are trying to launch some Static content ?
if via AE can you re-test the course in Authoring environment is that executing fine
