Hi ,

Deduction is more than payment. So you need to copy the loan record and create a new record with new repayment date.

Thanks you i have solved the problem .one more issue , this is not error .

3  employee has joined 06.02.2015, every month in pay slip  carry over fr prev moth  why it is coming , it should not come there is not arrears,  please see the screen shot , Please help me .

You Earning are less than your deductions

• Either you lower the loan repayment amount
• or change the priority for deductions

Employee is taken loan 30000.01.10.2015, Till date company has recovered 17500.00 @ 2500, balance is pending 12500. This month is salary is 0 Complete absent . how to solve  the issue . here is the screen shot.
