Error on Refresh WebI

Hi

While trying to refresh webI document I am getting error :

com.businessobjects.sdk.core.internal.guice.GenericFactory.create(java.lang.Class) of a

null object loaded from local variable 'factory' (Error: INF)

This happens for only some users. With Administrator account refresh is working fine.

issued is resolved,

user was not assigned to access Connection.

add principal -> user

It seems user authorization issue, Please provide authorization to access connection as well..

make sure the users have refresh rights , f the reports based on universe, check the rights on universe and connection.

is there any option under "assign security" to make sure users have "refresh" rights..

you should see 'Web Intelligence', right called 'Refresh the reports data'

i followed CMC->Applications -> Assign security -> add/remove rights

but i dont find 'Refresh the reports data'

can you please tell where to find that option...
