Document flow's Status

Dear:

In the Sales order document flow show "completed" but the in item level it show open.

Any one know what is the reason? How can I reset it?

This kinda issue is usually hard to find the root cause. You may raise a SAP incident.

As far as I guess, the 1st pic is in crm and 2nd pic is docflow in ecc, am I right?

It seems that the second line in 2nd pic is the delivery order? But delivery status of the same item in CRM is still delivered?

Is this order using scenario A?
