A SUBSCRIPT MUST BE BETWEEN 1 AND THE SIZE OF THE ARRAY

I get this error message when my client runs my report if they have not formatted their data properly. Only some ledger account appear. other ledger not appear error come out a subscript must be between 1 and the size of the array.

Can you provide more details about your environment, BusinessObjects Server Version and the reports being used here(Crystal/webi).

Are you facing the issue from report designer/ or a custom web application or through CMC/BI Launchpad(Infoview)
