BP Account group was changed in ECC but that did not replicate to CRM. BP is already linked with transactions now so account group can not be changed in ECC anymore. BP role in CRM was not updated and old role cannot be deleted as well. Replication works fine but that happened with a few accounts only. Is there a way to change the BP role in CRM only to match with ECC account group?
There is an option to change this standard behaviour by implementing
a user exit that creates this mapping so when the account group is
changed it will update the BP roles also.
